Refund Policy

Initial Consultation: We offer a satisfaction guarantee on our initial consultation services. If you are not satisfied with the consultation within the first 7 days, we will provide a full refund.

Ongoing Services: For monthly retainer services, clients may cancel their subscription at any time. Refunds for the current billing period will be prorated based on services already delivered and work completed.

Project-Based Services: For fixed-price project services, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If work has commenced, refunds will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed and deliverables provided.

Third-Party Costs: Any third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client (such as advertising spend, software subscriptions, or platform fees) are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services according to the following terms:

  • Monthly Services: Provide 30 days written notice before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the following month.
  • Project Services: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Charges will apply for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
  • Campaign Services: Active advertising campaigns require 48 hours notice for cancellation to ensure proper campaign shutdown and final reporting.

Service Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any deliverable, we will work with you to make necessary revisions within the scope of the original agreement. Our goal is to ensure that all services meet or exceed your expectations and deliver measurable results for your business.
